Defensive Techniques: Tackling and Positioning

Being a great defender means mastering tackles and positioning. Focus on these two drills:

Shadow Defending: Pair up with a teammate. One player acts as the attacker, and the other mirrors their movements for 2 minutes per round. Repeat for 5 rounds.

1v1 Challenges: Practice tackling in one-on-one situations. Each player gets 10 turns as the attacker and defender, focusing on clean tackles and recovery speed.
