Shooting Techniques: Accuracy and Power

Scoring goals requires both precision and strength. Focus on three key shooting drills:

Target Practice: Set up 5 small targets in the goal and aim for each one 10 times.

Power Shots: Practice striking the ball with your laces from 20 yards. Complete 15 shots and analyze your technique.

Volleys: Have a partner throw the ball to you 30 times for volleying practice, alternating between your dominant and non-dominant foot.
