Ball control is the cornerstone of every football player's skill set. To improve, dedicate 20 minutes daily to focused exercises. Start with cone dribbling—set up 10 cones in a zigzag pattern and dribble through them, alternating feet. Repeat this drill at least 10 times per session to build precision and agility. Wall passes are another critical exercise. Stand about 3-4 meters from a sturdy wall and pass the ball against it 50 times, using both your dominant and non-dominant foot. This helps improve touch, reaction time, and passing accuracy. For juggling, aim for at least 100 consecutive touches with your feet, thighs, and head. Start small with 10-minute sessions and gradually increase the difficulty by limiting yourself to fewer body parts or increasing the juggling count. Regular practice over 4-6 weeks will show noticeable improvements in your ball control and confidence on the field.
